Biography and people met along the way
People often ask me how I discovered my calling as a chef. I answer that it was a fortunate stroke of fate that brought me along a twisty path ending at the stove. When I think back on it, my life seems like a targeted series of coincidences that built me up step by step into what I am today, and which brought me to a place where I now can turn my vision into a reality.
Along the way a number of people crossed my path, and their influence marks me even today in my head and heart.
